We offer professional cleanup services for areas of your landscape that may be overgrown or simply beyond your current ability to maintain.
This property clearing & cleanup service is available for our regular maintenance plan clients and also to those without one of our service plans, who care for their own landscape maintenance (or use another lawn care company).
Below we have tried to answer any questions you may have about our Property Reset services and why it would possibly be a good thing for your landscape. Some properties may need somewhat more TLC than others and we always try to adapt any of our services to each landscape.
Note: For us to provide certain cleanup services, we require the property owner to have marked any buried hazards (like dog fence wire, landscape lighting wire, etc.). Ninja Lawns, nor the operator, shall be responsible for any damage to property, pipes, wires, lines, cables, etc. (whether marked or unmarked).

What is a Property Reset?
It could be our simple “Reset Button” type cleanup primarily for getting your landscaped areas back to a maintainable condition. This may include some hedge or bush cutbacks, some overgrowth on your fence areas, etc.
It could be considered more of a property clearing service, where we would probably use our machinery to clear out heavy overgrowth and even small trees. This level of clearing will often make an area suitable for landscaping. We can also cut back and maintain a trail system or natural area with a track steer or mini-excavator.
